  • Manage and maintain the State of Minnesota's CRM system, including troubleshooting, upgrades, and customization.
  • Ensure the smooth functioning of the CRM system, including data management, user access, and system integrations.
  • Collaborate with various departments and teams to understand their CRM needs and provide solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Train and assist team members on how to effectively use the CRM system and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  • Monitor and analyze CRM data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies for improving customer relationship management through the use of the CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date with new CRM features and functionality and make recommendations for their implementation.
  • Work closely with IT and other relevant departments to ensure the security and integrity of the CRM system.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports to management on CRM system usage and performance.
  • Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance the overall effectiveness of the CRM system.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Crm System Administration, Preferably In A Government Or Public Sector Setting.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Crm Systems Such As Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Or Oracle.

  • Strong Technical Skills In Data Management, System Integration, And Troubleshooting.

  • Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
