
Corporate Compliance Project Manager

- Develop and implement compliance strategies and procedures for the organization.
- Ensure that all employees are aware of and adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
- Conduct regular compliance audits to identify potential areas of risk and non-compliance.
- Communicate compliance requirements and updates to all levels of the organization.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance is integrated into all business processes.
- Monitor and track changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organization's compliance.
- Design and deliver compliance training programs for employees.
- Investigate and resolve compliance issues and concerns.
- Create and maintain compliance documentation, including policies, procedures, and reports.
- Serve as a liaison between the organization and regulatory agencies.
- Provide guidance and support to other team members on compliance-related matters.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external compliance professionals and resources.
- Manage compliance projects, including timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Analyze data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of compliance programs and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in compliance.
- Proactively identify and address potential compliance risks.
- Represent the organization in meetings and discussions related to compliance matters.
- Ensure that all compliance activities are conducted in an ethical and professional manner.
- Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the organization's compliance program.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Law, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In A Compliance Or Legal Setting.
Knowledge Of Federal And State Laws And Regulations Related To Corporate Compliance, Such As Hipaa, Fcpa, And Sox.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Various Stakeholders And Teams.
Strong Attention To Detail And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Compliance Risks.
