  1. Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients to determine appropriate treatment plans.
  2. Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques to provide individual and group therapy to clients struggling with mental health issues.
  3. Collaborate with clients to develop and implement personalized treatment goals.
  4. Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in need.
  5. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
  6. Work closely with other members of the treatment team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers, to provide comprehensive care to clients.
  7. Advocate for clients and assist them in accessing resources and services to support their mental health.
  8. Stay up-to-date on current research and best practices in the field of mental health.
  9. Adhere to ethical and legal standards in all aspects of client care.
  10. Attend regular supervision and team meetings to discuss client progress and treatment strategies.
  11. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
  12. Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
  13. Provide education and support to family members and caregivers of clients.
  14. Collaborate with community organizations to promote mental health awareness and provide education on mental health issues.
  15. Act as an advocate for mental health in the community and work towards reducing stigma and promoting understanding.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Counseling, Psychology, Or Social Work From An Accredited University.

  • Current Licensure As A Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (Lpcc), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (Licsw), Or Licensed Psychologist (Lp) In The State Of Minnesota.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Providing Therapy And Counseling Services In A Clinical Setting, Preferably With Individuals With Mental Health Disorders.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Evidence-Based Treatment Modalities For Mental Health Disorders, Such As Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (Cbt) And Dialectical Behavior Therapy (Dbt).

  • Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team And Maintain Appropriate Boundaries With Clients.
