
Aircraft & Facilities Maintenance Coordinator

- Coordinate and oversee all maintenance activities for the company's fleet of aircraft and facilities.
- Ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures for the aircraft and facilities.
- Work closely with maintenance staff to address any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Create and maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and minimal disruptions.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of the aircraft and facilities to identify any potential maintenance needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and suppliers for maintenance services and supplies.
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in aircraft and facilities maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates on maintenance activities and any issues that may arise.
- Identify and troubleshoot any maintenance-related problems and provide effective solutions.
- Ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed within budget and in compliance with company policies.
- Train and mentor junior maintenance staff to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Promote a culture of safety and compliance within the maintenance team.
Bachelor's Degree In Aviation Maintenance Management Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Aircraft Maintenance, With At Least 2 Years In A Supervisory Or Coordination Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Federal Aviation Administration (Faa) Regulations And Compliance Standards.
Excellent Organizational And Problem-Solving Skills.
Ability To Lead And Manage A Team, As Well As Communicate Effectively With Internal And External Stakeholders.
