- Advocate for clients' rights and needs.
- Monitor and evaluate clients' progress towards self-sufficiency.
- Prepare and submit reports and documentation as required.
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards in all aspects of work.
- Attend team meetings and participate in program planning and improvement.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.
- Comply with all agency policies and procedures.

Bachelor's Degree In Social Work, Human Services, Or A Related Field.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With Diverse Populations.
Knowledge Of State And Federal Laws, Regulations, And Policies Related To Public Assistance Programs.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Social Service Agency Or Government Assistance Program.
Ability To Handle Sensitive And Confidential Information With Professionalism And Maintain Strict Adherence To Ethical Standards.
