You will also be providing supportive services to help clients achieve self-sufficiency and improve their overall well-being. We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated individual who possesses a Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field, as well as experience in social work or assistance programs.   1. Determine eligibility for financial assistance programs based on established guidelines and regulations.
  2. Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and develop individualized plans to support their goals.
  3. Provide case management services to clients, including referrals to other resources and agencies as needed.
  4. Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
  5. Collaborate with community partners and other agencies to ensure clients receive comprehensive support.
  6. Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  7. Stay up-to-date on changes and updates to assistance programs and social work principles.
  8. Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
  9. Advocate for clients' rights and needs.
  10. Monitor and evaluate clients' progress towards self-sufficiency.
  11. Prepare and submit reports and documentation as required.
  12. Adhere to ethical and legal standards in all aspects of work.
  13. Attend team meetings and participate in program planning and improvement.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.
  15. Comply with all agency policies and procedures.
  16. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
  17. Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of work.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Social Work, Human Services, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Social Service Agency Or Government Assistance Program.
