High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Educational Qualification Of A High School Diploma Or Ged Is Required For The Emergency Dispatcher Job At State Of Michigan.
Prior Emergency Dispatch Experience: Previous Experience In A Similar Role Is Highly Desirable For This Position. Candidates With Prior Experience In Emergency Dispatch Or Call Center Operations Will Be Given Preference.
Excellent Communication Skills: As An Emergency Dispatcher, Effective Communication Is Crucial. Candidates Must Possess Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Accurately Relay Information To Emergency Responders And Callers.
