- Assist in the development and implementation of document management strategies and procedures within the construction department.
- Conduct thorough analysis of documents and data to identify any discrepancies or errors.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective document management processes.
- Learn and utilize document management software and systems to accurately track and organize construction documents.
- Provide support for document retrieval and distribution to internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all construction documents.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations to management.
- Communicate with colleagues, clients, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and accurate completion of document management tasks.

Experience: Previous Experience In Document Management Or Construction, Either Through Internships Or Work Experience, Is Preferred. Familiarity With State Or Local Government Processes And Procedures Is Also Beneficial.
Analytical Skills: The Ability To Analyze And Interpret Data, Documents, And Construction Plans Is Essential For A Departmental Analyst. This Includes The Ability To Identify Trends, Patterns, And Potential Issues That May Arise.
Attention To Detail: As A Departmental Analyst, Attention To Detail Is Crucial As You Will Be Responsible For Accurately Reviewing And Organizing Large Volumes Of Documents And Data. A High Level Of Accuracy And Thoroughness Is Required In Order To Maintain The Integrity Of The Information.
Communication Skills: Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills Are Necessary For This Position. The Departmental Analyst Will Be Responsible For Creating Reports, Presenting Findings, And Communicating With Various Stakeholders, Including Contractors, Government Officials, And Other Team Members. The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Information In A Clear And Concise Manner Is Essential.
