  1. Provide strategic support to senior executives in carrying out their responsibilities.
  2. Manage multiple priorities and ensure effective time management for senior leadership team.
  3. Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events for senior executives.
  4. Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations for accuracy and completeness.
  5. Conduct research and gather information to assist senior leadership in decision-making.
  6. Maintain confidentiality and handle highly sensitive information with discretion.
  7. Collaborate with other departments and agencies to ensure smooth operation of the organization.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  9. Supervise and mentor junior staff in the department.
  10. Stay updated on government operations and regulations to provide informed support to senior executives.
  11. Prepare and manage budget for the department.
  12. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
  13. Handle inquiries and requests from the public and other stakeholders.
  14. Identify areas for improvement and implement efficient processes to increase productivity.
  15. Maintain organized records and files for easy retrieval and reference.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Public Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Senior Level Administrative Role, Preferably In A Government Or Public Sector Setting.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With High-Level Executives And Stakeholders.

  • Strong Organizational And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of State Government Processes And Procedures, As Well As An Understanding Of State And Federal Laws And Regulations.
