- Attend trainings and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills related to assistance programs.

Bachelor's Degree In Social Work, Human Services, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Diverse Populations.
Knowledge Of State And Federal Assistance Programs, Including Eligibility Requirements And Application Processes.
Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle A High Volume Of Cases And Meet Deadlines.
Experience In Case Management And Conducting Client Interviews, Preferably In A Government Or Social Services Setting.
