  4. Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, and other parties involved in the legal process.
  5. Coordinate and schedule meetings, hearings, and other legal proceedings.
  6. Assist attorneys in trial preparation, including gathering evidence and organizing exhibits.
  7. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in handling sensitive information.
  8. Stay up to date on changes in laws and regulations that may impact cases.
  9. Collaborate with other legal professionals and staff to ensure efficient and effective case management.
  10. Provide administrative support, such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars.
  11. Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance legal knowledge and skills.
  12. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment within the legal team.
  13. Uphold the mission and values of the State of Massachusetts in all job duties and interactions.
