  1. Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information to assist attorneys in building strong cases.
  2. Prepare and organize legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, exhibits, and other relevant materials.
  3. Assist attorneys in drafting and reviewing legal documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal procedures.
  4. Maintain and update case files, ensuring all documents are properly filed and organized for easy access.
  5. Coordinate and schedule meetings, depositions, and court appearances for attorneys.
  6. Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in the case to gather information and provide updates.
  7. Conduct factual investigations and assist in case strategy development.
  8. Review and analyze legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and court orders.
  9. Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, including organizing exhibits, witnesses, and other relevant materials.
  10. Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal procedures to provide accurate and timely support to attorneys.
  11. Collaborate with other paralegals and legal professionals to ensure efficient and effective case management.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  13. Adhere to ethical standards and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  14. Participate in team meetings and provide input on case strategy and procedures.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and growth in the legal field.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Paralegal Studies Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience Working In A Litigation Unit, Preferably In A Government Setting.

  • Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills.
