  1. Conduct thorough legal research on various cases and legal issues to support attorneys in their work.
  2. Prepare and draft legal documents, such as briefs, pleadings, and motions, with accuracy and attention to detail.
  3. Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in legal proceedings to gather information and assist in case management.
  4. Organize and maintain case files and documents, ensuring they are easily accessible for attorneys and court proceedings.
  5. Assist in the preparation of trial materials, including exhibits, witness lists, and timelines.
  6. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to ethical standards in all aspects of work.
  7. Utilize legal databases and software to manage and track case information and deadlines.
  8. Schedule and coordinate meetings, depositions, and court appearances for attorneys.
  9. Collaborate with other team members, including attorneys and support staff, to ensure efficient and effective delivery of legal services.
  10. Stay updated on changes in laws, regulations, and court procedures to provide accurate and current information to attorneys and clients.
  11. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and requests.
  12. Contribute to a positive and professional work environment by demonstrating a strong work ethic and willingness to assist others.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Knowledge Of State And Federal Laws, Regulations, And Legal Procedures.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Paralegal Studies Or Related Field.

  • Certification Or Licensure As A Paralegal In The State Of Massachusetts.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience Working As A Paralegal In A Law Firm Or Government Agency.
