  1. Collaborate with the HR team to identify and understand their video production needs and objectives.
  2. Create compelling and visually appealing videos that effectively communicate HR messages and initiatives.
  3. Conduct research and gather information to create accurate and informative videos.
  4. Utilize video editing software to produce high-quality videos that align with the State of Massachusetts brand and style.
  5. Develop storyboards, scripts, and shot lists for each video project.
  6. Coordinate and schedule filming sessions with HR team members and other employees.
  7. Capture and edit footage, including audio and visual elements, to create a cohesive and engaging final product.
  8. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure that all videos meet their objectives and align with their messaging.
  9. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance video production processes and techniques.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in video production and HR.
  11. Adhere to project timelines and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of videos.
  12. Communicate progress, challenges, and updates to the HR team and project managers.
  13. Maintain organized and accessible video files and assets.
  14. Contribute to brainstorming and idea generation for future video projects.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for the State of Massachusetts in all video productions.
