
Executive Administrative Assistant

- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and making travel arrangements.
- Handle all administrative tasks with efficiency and accuracy, including drafting correspondence, preparing reports and presentations, and maintaining files and records.
- Assist with the coordination and planning of meetings, conferences, and events, including arranging logistics, preparing materials, and taking minutes.
- Act as a liaison between senior executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Manage confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Anticipate the needs of senior executives and proactively take action to support their daily activities and priorities.
- Conduct research and compile data to assist in decision-making and problem-solving.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure efficient and coordinated support for the department.
- Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Represent the department and senior executives in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In An Executive Administrative Support Role.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite And Other Administrative Software.
Proven Ability To Handle Confidential Information With Discretion And Professionalism.
