  1. Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and making travel arrangements.
  2. Handle all administrative tasks with efficiency and accuracy, including drafting correspondence, preparing reports and presentations, and maintaining files and records.
  3. Assist with the coordination and planning of meetings, conferences, and events, including arranging logistics, preparing materials, and taking minutes.
  4. Act as a liaison between senior executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  5. Manage confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  6. Anticipate the needs of senior executives and proactively take action to support their daily activities and priorities.
  7. Conduct research and compile data to assist in decision-making and problem-solving.
  8. Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure efficient and coordinated support for the department.
  9. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
  10. Represent the department and senior executives in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
