- Act as the main point of contact for job seekers and employers seeking employment services in the State of Massachusetts.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
- Assist job seekers in identifying and applying for suitable employment opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local employers to understand their hiring needs and connect them with qualified candidates.
- Conduct intake interviews with job seekers to assess their skills, experience, and career goals.
- Utilize various job search tools and resources to help job seekers find employment.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and job market changes to effectively advise job seekers.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all client interactions and job placements.
- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve and streamline employment services processes.
- Participate in outreach efforts to promote employment services and increase community awareness.
- Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to employment services.
- Continuously strive to uphold a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members and clients.
- Attend relevant training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Represent the Employment Services team at meetings and events as needed.
- Embody the values and mission of the State of Massachusetts Employment Services team in all interactions and responsibilities.
Strong Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Knowledge And Understanding Of State And Federal Employment Laws And Regulations.
Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Customer Service Or Employment Services Environment.
Ability To Multitask And Prioritize Workload In A Fast-Paced Environment.
