- Provide evidence-based mental health nursing interventions and treatments to promote overall wellness.
- Collaborate with community partners and resources to ensure individuals receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Advocate for individuals with mental health needs and ensure their rights are respected and upheld.
- Serve as a resource for community members and organizations in regards to mental health issues and resources.
- Monitor and track client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate and train staff and community members on mental health topics and best practices.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and treatment plans.
- Stay up-to-date on current research and developments in the field of mental health nursing.
- Participate in team meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration to develop comprehensive care plans.
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards in all aspects of work.
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance services and outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients.

Master's Degree In Psychiatric Nursing Or Related Field From An Accredited Institution.
Current License To Practice As A Registered Nurse In The State Of Massachusetts.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Community Mental Health Nursing, With A Focus On Providing Care To Individuals With Serious Mental Illness.
Knowledge And Understanding Of State And Federal Mental Health Laws And Regulations.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With A Variety Of Stakeholders, Including Clients, Families, And Community Agencies.
