Fluency In Spanish And English: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Must Be Fluent In Both Spanish And English, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate And Provide Career Counseling Services In Both Languages.
Professional Experience In Vocational And Career Counseling: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Vocational And Career Counseling, With A Strong Understanding Of Industry Trends And Job Market Demands.
Knowledge Of State And Federal Education And Employment Policies: The Bi-Lingual Spanish Vocational And Career Counselor Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of State And Federal Policies Related To Education And Employment, In Order To Provide Accurate And Up-To-Date Information To Clients.
Strong Interpersonal And Communication Skills: This Position Requires Working With A Diverse Population And Building Strong Relationships With Clients. The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Excellent Interpersonal And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Address The Needs And Concerns Of Individuals From Different Backgrounds.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Counseling Or Related Field: A Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Counseling, Psychology, Or A Related Field Is Required For This Position. This Education Background Will Provide The Necessary Foundation For Understanding Counseling Techniques And Theories, As Well As The Ability To Apply Them In A Vocational And Career Counseling Context.
