As the HR Generalist Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of our BEST Program, which aims to enhance the employee experience and foster a culture of continuous improvement.   1. Develop and implement the BEST Program by working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and goals.
  2. Analyze HR data and provide insights and recommendations to support the improvement of the employee experience.
  3. Conduct research and gather information to identify areas for improvement within the organization's HR practices.
  4. Collaborate with HR team members to develop strategies and initiatives that align with the goals of the BEST Program.
  5. Lead the implementation of new HR initiatives and processes, ensuring they are effectively communicated and integrated into the organization.
  6. Conduct regular reviews and audits of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters, including performance management and employee relations.
  8. Monitor and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of the BEST Program and make recommendations for improvement.
  9. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the HR knowledge and skills of employees and managers.
  10. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in HR and business analysis to continuously improve the BEST Program.
  11. Act as a liaison between HR and other departments to ensure effective communication and alignment on HR initiatives.
  12. Deliver presentations and reports to senior management on the progress and impact of the BEST Program.
  13. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by actively seeking feedback and suggestions from employees and using that information to drive positive change.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  15. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to support the implementation of the BEST Program.
