- Develop and implement the BEST Program by working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and goals.
- Analyze HR data and provide insights and recommendations to support the improvement of the employee experience.
- Conduct research and gather information to identify areas for improvement within the organization's HR practices.
- Collaborate with HR team members to develop strategies and initiatives that align with the goals of the BEST Program.
- Lead the implementation of new HR initiatives and processes, ensuring they are effectively communicated and integrated into the organization.

- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in HR and business analysis to continuously improve the BEST Program.
- Act as a liaison between HR and other departments to ensure effective communication and alignment on HR initiatives.
- Deliver presentations and reports to senior management on the progress and impact of the BEST Program.

- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to support the implementation of the BEST Program.

Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Human Resources Or Business Analyst Role.
