  1. Assist in the management and coordination of grant applications and funding for public health initiatives.
  2. Collaborate with researchers and community partners to ensure effective implementation of funded projects.
  3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of grant submissions, funding received, and project progress.
  4. Conduct thorough research and analysis to support the development of grant proposals.
  5. Communicate with funding agencies and stakeholders to provide updates and maintain positive relationships.
  6. Monitor and track project budgets to ensure compliance with grant requirements.
  7. Participate in team meetings and provide input and recommendations for grant opportunities.
  8. Support the development and implementation of strategies to promote public health initiatives.
  9. Stay up-to-date on current trends and best practices in grant writing and management.
  10. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations to highlight the impact and success of funded projects.
  11. Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards related to grant management.
  12. Uphold the mission and values of the State of Georgia in all job duties.
  13. Demonstrate a high level of organization, attention to detail, and time management skills.
  14. Communicate effectively and professionally with team members, stakeholders, and funding agencies.
  15. Act as a positive and enthusiastic representative of the State of Georgia in all interactions related to grant management.
