Bachelor's Degree In Criminal Justice, Social Work, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Probation Or Parole Setting, Preferably With Juvenile Offenders.
Knowledge Of State And Federal Laws Relating To Juvenile Probation And Parole.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Work With At-Risk Youth And Their Families.
