  1. Develop and implement individualized case management plans for youth on probation or parole.
  2. Conduct thorough assessments of youth's needs, risks, and strengths to determine appropriate interventions.
  3. Provide ongoing support and guidance to youth and their families, including referrals to community resources.
  4. Monitor and enforce compliance with court-ordered conditions of probation or parole.
  5. Attend court hearings and provide written reports to the court regarding the progress of youth.
  6. Collaborate with other agencies and professionals involved in the youth's case, including law enforcement, schools, and treatment providers.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.
  8. Utilize evidence-based practices and interventions to promote positive behavior change in youth.
  9. Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques when necessary.
  10. Participate in regular training and professional development to stay current on best practices in juvenile justice.
  11. Conduct home visits and field visits to monitor the living environment and compliance with probation/parole conditions.
  12. Act as a role model and mentor to youth, promoting positive decision-making and behavior.
  13. Collaborate with community organizations to develop and implement programs that support the rehabilitation and reintegration of youth.
  14. Continuously evaluate and reassess the effectiveness of interventions and make adjustments as needed.
  15. Adhere to all state and federal laws, rules, and regulations related to juvenile justice and probation/parole.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Criminal Justice, Social Work, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Probation Or Parole Setting, Preferably With Juvenile Offenders.

  • Knowledge Of State And Federal Laws Relating To Juvenile Probation And Parole.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Work With At-Risk Youth And Their Families.
