Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Benefits Administration, Preferably In A Supervisory Role.
Extensive Knowledge Of State And Federal Laws Related To Employee Benefits, Including But Not Limited To Erisa, Aca, And Fmla.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Benefits Information To Employees At All Levels.
Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Implementing Employee Benefits Programs, With A Focus On Cost Containment And Compliance.
