- Develop and implement lesson plans for adult learners in preparation for the GED exam
- Provide individualized instruction and support to students based on their unique learning needs
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students
- Monitor and track student progress and provide feedback on areas of improvement
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff to ensure consistency in curriculum and teaching methods
- Stay up-to-date on GED exam requirements and changes in the field of adult education
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and materials to engage students and promote learning
- Maintain accurate and organized records of student attendance, grades, and assessments
- Communicate regularly with students, their families, and other stakeholders to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns
- Attend and participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and other trainings as required by the state or organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Education Or Related Field
Specialized Training Or Experience In Adult Education And Ged Preparation
Teaching Certification In The State Of Georgia
Knowledge Of State And National Curriculum Standards For Ged
