  9. Conduct regular audits and evaluations of facility operations and make recommendations for improvements.
  10. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the facilities department, promoting teamwork and open communication.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in facilities management and implement them as appropriate.
  12. Handle any emergencies or urgent issues related to facility maintenance in a timely and effective manner.
  13. Train and develop staff on facility maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
  14. Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute facility upgrades and renovations.
  15. Represent the organization in meetings and negotiations with external stakeholders, such as government agencies and vendors.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Facilities Management, Preferably In A Government Or Large Organization Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Building Codes, Zoning Regulations, And Health And Safety Standards.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, Including Budgeting, Planning, And Execution.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Manage A Team Of Staff.
