- Oversee and manage all public health programs and initiatives within the assigned district.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to address public health issues and improve community health outcomes.
- Collaborate with local, state, and federal agencies to coordinate and integrate public health efforts.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to public health.
- Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and assess the effectiveness of public health programs.
- Manage and allocate resources, including budget, staff, and facilities, to support public health initiatives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to district staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Serve as a liaison between the district and community stakeholders, such as healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations.
- Represent the district at local and state meetings, conferences, and events related to public health.
- Stay informed about current public health issues and trends and make recommendations for new initiatives or changes to existing programs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders to further public health goals.
- Communicate with the public and media about public health issues and initiatives in the district.
- Ensure the district is prepared to respond to public health emergencies and disasters.
- Maintain accurate and timely records and reports related to public health activities and initiatives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve district public health programs and services to meet the needs of the community.
Master's Degree In Public Health Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role In Public Health Or Healthcare Management.
Knowledge And Understanding Of State And Federal Health Policies And Regulations.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Community Partners And Stakeholders.
Experience In Budget Management And Strategic Planning For Health Programs.
