- Serve as a mentor and resource for students, providing guidance and support as needed.

- Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions with students and colleagues.
Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In The Field Of Instruction Or Related Field.
At Least 3 Years Of Experience Teaching In A Post-Secondary Education Setting.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Current Trends And Best Practices In Adult Education And Instructional Design.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Engage And Motivate Adult Learners.
Demonstrated Expertise And Practical Experience In The Subject Area Being Taught, With Relevant Certifications And/Or Professional Experience.
