
Clinic Nutrition Manager

- Oversee the development and implementation of nutrition programs at multiple clinics in the State of Georgia.
- Lead a team of nutritionists and dieticians, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure high-quality services are delivered.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders to promote nutrition services and increase awareness of the program.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest research and trends in nutrition to ensure the program remains current and effective.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create a comprehensive approach to promoting health and wellness through proper nutrition.
- Monitor and analyze program data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for increasing program effectiveness.
- Ensure that all nutrition services provided meet state and federal regulations and guidelines.
- Develop and manage budgets for the nutrition program, ensuring resources are utilized effectively and efficiently.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and support to team members to ensure a high level of performance.
- Participate in community outreach and education initiatives to promote nutrition and wellness.
- Act as a liaison between the clinics and the state government, communicating program updates and progress.
- Identify and address any challenges or barriers to the success of the nutrition program, and develop solutions to overcome them.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of program activities, including client information, program outcomes, and budget reports.
- Represent the organization at conferences, workshops, and other events related to nutrition and wellness.
- Continuously evaluate and adapt the nutrition program to meet the evolving needs of the community and promote positive health outcomes.
Bachelor's Degree In Nutrition, Dietetics, Or A Related Field From An Accredited University.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In A Management Or Supervisory Role.
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (Rdn) Certification From The Commission On Dietetic Registration (Cdr).
Knowledge Of State And Federal Regulations Related To Nutrition And Food Service In A Healthcare Setting.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Other Healthcare Professionals.
