  1. Provide administrative support to the Children's Medical Services department.
  2. Perform various clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
  3. Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  4. Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events for department staff.
  5. Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports as needed.
  6. Maintain and update departmental databases and files.
  7. Assist with the preparation and submission of departmental budget and expense reports.
  8. Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
  9. Greet and assist visitors and patients in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  10. Collaborate with other departments and professionals to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  11. Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
  12. Attend and take minutes at departmental meetings.
  13. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  14. Monitor and respond to emails and other forms of communication on behalf of the department.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by the department head.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Educational Requirement For An Administrative Assistant In Children's Medical Services Is A High School Diploma Or Equivalent. This Ensures Basic Knowledge Of Language, Math, And Computer Skills.

  • Previous Administrative Experience: A Strong Background In Administrative Work Is Essential For This Role. Previous Experience In A Medical Or Healthcare Setting Is Preferred.
