  1. Develop and implement strategic communication plans to promote the state of Florida's brand and reputation.

  4. Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify communication needs and develop targeted messaging and campaigns.

  6. Manage the state's social media presence and develop engaging content to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  7. Serve as the primary spokesperson for the state, responding to media inquiries and arranging interviews with key officials.
  8. Oversee the production of all communication materials, including press releases, newsletters, and website content.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets and industry influencers to secure positive coverage and promote the state's initiatives.
  10. Monitor and track the success of communication efforts, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in strategic communications to continuously improve the state's communication strategies.
  12. Represent the state at various events and conferences, serving as a brand ambassador and promoting the state's initiatives.
