- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior vocational rehab counselors.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations.

- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client progress and services provided.
- Participate in team meetings and trainings to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Advocate for clients' needs and rights.

Master's Degree In Rehabilitation Counseling Or A Related Field.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling, With A Focus On Serving Individuals With Disabilities.
Certification As A Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (Crc) From The Commission On Rehabilitation Counselor Certification (Crcc).
Knowledge Of State And Federal Laws, Regulations, And Guidelines Related To Vocational Rehabilitation Services.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Clients, Employers, And Other Stakeholders.
