  1. Develop and implement risk management strategies to protect the State of Florida's citizens, environment, and resources.
  2. Identify and assess potential risks to the state's operations and assets.
  3. Conduct thorough risk analysis and evaluation to determine the likelihood and impact of potential risks.
  4. Create risk mitigation plans and procedures to minimize the impact of potential risks.
  5. Collaborate with various departments and agencies to ensure compliance with risk management policies and procedures.

  14. Stay updated on emergency management protocols and procedures and provide support during emergencies or disasters.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Risk Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Risk Management, Preferably In A Government Or Public Sector Setting.

  • Knowledge Of State And Federal Laws, Regulations, And Policies Related To Risk Management And Insurance.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Risks.
