Bachelor's Degree In Real Estate, Finance, Or A Related Field.
At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Real Estate Appraisal, Preferably With An Emphasis On Right Of Way Valuation.
Knowledge Of State And Federal Laws And Regulations Related To Right Of Way Acquisitions.
Strong Analytical And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Make Sound Judgments.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Property Owners, Government Agencies, And Other Stakeholders.
