- Conduct research to stay updated on current trends and advancements in radio and television technology.
- Create and edit audio and visual content for radio and television programs.

- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local broadcasting regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during live broadcasts.
- Maintain accurate records of programming schedules, equipment maintenance, and other relevant data.
- Provide exceptional customer service to citizens and other stakeholders through effective communication and timely responses.
- Stay current on news and events happening in the state of Florida to provide accurate and relevant information to the public.
- Collaborate with government agencies and other organizations to promote and support initiatives and programs through radio and television broadcasting.
- Work with external vendors and contractors to acquire necessary equipment and services.
- Train and mentor new team members on broadcasting procedures and techniques.
- Continuously evaluate and improve broadcasting processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor's Degree In Broadcasting, Communications, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Radio And Television Production, Including Live Broadcasts And Pre-Recorded Shows.
Knowledge Of Industry-Standard Software And Equipment, Including Audio And Video Editing Software, Cameras, And Sound Recording Equipment.
Familiarity With Fcc Regulations And Guidelines For Broadcast Content And Operations.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With A Team And Interact With Guests And Performers.
