As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a diverse portfolio of properties throughout the state.   1. Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of properties throughout the state of Florida.
  2. Develop and implement property management strategies to ensure optimal performance and maintenance of properties.
  3. Lead a team of property management staff and provide guidance and support to ensure effective property management practices.
  4. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with state regulations and identify any maintenance or repair needs.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, tenants, and vendors to ensure efficient and effective property management.
  6. Develop and manage property budgets and financial plans, ensuring cost-effective operations and meeting financial targets.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date property records, including leases, contracts, and financial documents.
  8. Collaborate with other departments and agencies to ensure compliance with state laws and regulations related to property management.
  9. Develop and implement emergency response plans for properties in case of natural disasters or other emergencies.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve property management services.
  11. Represent the State of Florida in negotiations and meetings with property owners, tenants, and other stakeholders.
  12. Ensure timely and accurate reporting to senior management on property performance and any issues or concerns.
  13. Train and mentor new property management staff to ensure a high level of expertise and efficiency within the department.
  14. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions with stakeholders and the public.
  15. Uphold ethical standards and promote a positive work environment within the property management department.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
