  1. Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets for complex projects.
  2. Oversee and manage all aspects of project execution, including scope, resources, and deliverables.
  3. Communicate effectively with project team members, stakeholders, and senior management to ensure project goals and objectives are understood and met.
  4. Identify and mitigate project risks, and provide timely updates on project progress.
  5. Monitor project budget and expenses, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  6. Lead and motivate project team members to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  7. Conduct regular project meetings and provide clear and concise updates to all stakeholders.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and objectives.
  9. Evaluate project outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
  10. Stay current on industry best practices and incorporate them into project management processes.
  11. Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and laws.
  12. Mentor and train junior project management staff.
  13. Manage project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
  14. Act as a liaison between project team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote team success.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Project Management, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Project Management, With At Least 2 Years In A Supervisory Or Lead Role.

  • Project Management Professional (Pmp) Certification Preferred.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Project Management Methodologies And Best Practices.

  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Problem-Solving Skills.
