  1. Develop and implement programs that align with the goals and objectives of the Department of Education.
  2. Provide support and expertise in the planning, coordination, and evaluation of various educational programs.
  3. Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for program enhancements.
  4. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of programs.
  5. Monitor program budgets and expenditures to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  6. Create and maintain program documentation, including reports, data analysis, and program evaluations.
  7. Develop and deliver training and professional development opportunities for educators and program staff.
  8. Stay up-to-date with current trends and best practices in education to inform program development and improvement.
  9. Collaborate with other departments and agencies to ensure alignment and coordination of programs and services.
  10. Support and mentor program staff to ensure high-quality delivery of programs.
  11. Represent the Department of Education at meetings, conferences, and events related to program development and implementation.
  12. Identify and address any potential issues or challenges that may arise during program implementation.
  13. Evaluate program outcomes and make recommendations for future improvements.
  14. Adhere to all state and federal laws, rules, and regulations related to education and program development.
  15. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files related to program activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Education, Public Administration, Or Business Management.
