  1. Develop and implement programs and services that address critical needs in the state of Florida.
  2. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify areas for program improvement and growth.
  3. Collaborate with various stakeholders and partners to ensure effective program design and implementation.
  4. Monitor and evaluate program performance, making adjustments and improvements as needed.
  5. Create and maintain program budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.
  6. Stay up-to-date on relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to public service programs.
  7. Communicate program updates, successes, and challenges to management and other stakeholders.
  8. Provide guidance and support to program staff and partners to ensure program goals and objectives are met.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with community organizations and other stakeholders.
  10. Prepare reports and presentations on program progress and outcomes.
  11. Identify and pursue opportunities for program growth and expansion.
  12. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in program operations.
  13. Represent the state of Florida and the program at meetings, events, and conferences.
  14. Continuously seek out professional development opportunities to enhance program management skills.
  15. Demonstrate a commitment to improving the lives of Floridians through the effective management and evaluation of programs and services.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Public Administration, Business Administration, Or Political Science.

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience Working In A State Or Government Agency, Preferably In A Program Or Project Management Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of State Government Policies, Procedures, And Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With A Diverse Range Of Stakeholders.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Project Management Tools, Such As Microsoft Excel And Project.
