  1. Oversee the implementation and management of various programs and initiatives within the State of Florida.
  2. Ensure that all programs and initiatives are in line with the organization's goals and values.
  3. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders, including government officials, community leaders, and program participants.
  4. Create and maintain program budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure fiscal responsibility.
  5. Identify potential issues or challenges and develop solutions to address them.
  6. Collaborate with other departments and agencies to coordinate and streamline program efforts.
  7. Monitor program performance and evaluate effectiveness through data analysis and reporting.
  8. Provide guidance and support to program staff, including training and performance evaluations.
  9. Communicate program updates and changes to stakeholders and the public in a clear and timely manner.
  10. Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and policies to ensure program compliance.
  11. Develop and implement strategies to improve program efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Represent the organization at meetings, conferences, and other events related to program administration.
  13. Maintain accurate and organized records of program activities and outcomes.
  14. Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and professionalism in all interactions.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance and improve program offerings and services.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Public Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Program Administration, Preferably In A Government Setting.

  • Knowledge Of State And Federal Laws, Regulations, And Policies Related To Program Administration.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills With The Ability To Work Effectively With Diverse Stakeholders.

  • Strong Organizational And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively.
