  1. Oversee and manage various programs within the State of Florida, ensuring their smooth and effective operation.

  3. Monitor program budgets and expenditures, ensuring they align with the allocated funds and are used efficiently.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with program partners and stakeholders, such as government agencies and community organizations.
  5. Conduct regular evaluations and assessments of program effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  6. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies related to the programs.
  7. Manage a team of program staff, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations as necessary.
  8. Develop and maintain program documentation, including reports, data analysis, and other relevant materials.
  9. Serve as a point of contact for program inquiries and provide timely and accurate information to stakeholders.
  10. Identify and pursue opportunities for program growth and expansion, seeking out potential funding sources and partnerships.
  11. Stay informed about current issues and trends related to the programs, and make recommendations for adaptations or improvements as necessary.
  12. Represent the State of Florida and its programs at meetings, conferences, and other events, promoting the organization's mission and goals.
  13. Collaborate with other departments and agencies to ensure effective coordination and integration of services.
  14. Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions related to the programs.
  15. Act as a role model for the team and demonstrate a strong commitment to serving the community.
