
Ops Registered Nurse

- Provide compassionate and quality healthcare services to patients in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, prevention, and health promotion.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
- Stay current on evidence-based practices and participate in continuing education to enhance clinical skills.
- Serve as a resource for patients, families, and community members by providing information on health resources and services.
- Assist with health screenings and community outreach programs.
- Comply with all department policies and procedures.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Uphold the department's mission and values in all interactions and activities.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in accordance with the nursing code of ethics.
Valid Florida Registered Nurse (Rn) License.
Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn) Or Equivalent From An Accredited Institution.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In An Acute Care Hospital.
Knowledge Of State And Federal Regulations Related To Nursing Practice And Healthcare.
Current Basic Life Support (Bls) And Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls) Certifications.
