  1. Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
  3. Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
  4. Direct visitors to the correct location and provide any necessary information or assistance.
  5. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  6. Schedule appointments and maintain calendar for meeting rooms.
  7. Keep track of employee and visitor sign-in and sign-out.
  8. Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges.
  9. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.
  10. Respond to inquiries and provide information about the organization and its services.
  11. Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
  12. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  13. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  14. Uphold a positive and professional image of the organization at all times.
  15. Attend to any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Job Qualifications
