We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Human Resource Assistant III. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to our HR team in various administrative tasks. To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources, with a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.   1. Provide administrative support to the HR team in various tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining employee records, and preparing HR documents.
  2. Maintain a thorough understanding of HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  3. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process by posting job listings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  4. Process and track employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave requests.
  5. Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.
  7. Assist in organizing and coordinating HR events, such as training sessions and employee appreciation programs.
  8. Keep track of HR-related expenses and assist in budget management.
  9. Collaborate with team members to improve HR processes and procedures.
  10. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  11. Stay updated on HR trends and regulations to ensure compliance and suggest improvements to current practices.
  12. Other duties as assigned by the HR Director or Supervisor.

Job Qualifications
