Job Description

  9. Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with individuals from diverse backgrounds and resolve conflicts.
  10. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
  11. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  12. Collaborate with other departments and agencies to coordinate services and resources for clients.
  13. Adhere to confidentiality and ethical guidelines when handling sensitive information.
  14. Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer programs necessary for the role.
  15. Continuously strive to improve and enhance the quality of services provided to clients and the community.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Or Nursing.

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Support Role.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Laws And Regulations, Particularly Related To Medicaid And Medicare.
