Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Knowledge Of State And Federal Laws Related To Employment Security, Labor Relations, And Unemployment Compensation.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Assess And Resolve Complex Employment Security Issues.
