  1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the agency's office, including administrative tasks, office supplies, and equipment maintenance.
  2. Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures to improve the overall functioning of the office.
  3. Train and supervise office staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and resources to excel in their roles.
  4. Maintain and organize important documents and reports, ensuring they are easily accessible for staff and management.
  5. Assist in budget planning and management, tracking expenses and making recommendations for cost-saving measures.
  6. Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and other events, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
  7. Serve as a liaison between the agency and other departments, managing communication and information flow.
  8. Stay updated on state regulations and policies, ensuring the office is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  9. Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to office staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  10. Collaborate with other managers and departments to achieve agency goals and objectives.
  11. Act as a point of contact for inquiries and concerns from the public, providing excellent customer service and representing the agency in a professional manner.
  12. Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies and tools to improve office operations and increase efficiency.
  13. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of office supplies, equipment, and furniture, ordering replacements when necessary.
  14. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  15. Support and participate in agency initiatives and projects, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Management, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Office Operations, Preferably In A Supervisory Or Managerial Role.

  • Knowledge Of State And Federal Laws And Regulations Related To Office Operations, Including Budgeting, Procurement, And Human Resources.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Manage A Team.

  • Strong Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail, With The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Tasks And Projects.
