- Conduct in-depth analysis of medical and health care programs in the state to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance their effectiveness.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of various medical and health care programs, using data analysis and research methods.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including government officials, healthcare providers, and community organizations, to gather information and insights on program effectiveness.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other key decision-makers.
- Stay current on healthcare policies, regulations, and industry trends to ensure program compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Use data and metrics to measure the success of programs and identify any potential issues or gaps.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the quality and efficiency of medical and health care programs.
- Assist in the development and management of program budgets, ensuring proper allocation of resources.
- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure program goals are met.
- Conduct training and provide guidance to staff on program analysis methods and best practices.

Knowledge Of Healthcare Laws, Regulations, And Policies At The State And Federal Level.
Bachelor's Degree In Health Administration, Public Health, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Program Or Data Analysis Role.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Present Complex Data.
Proficiency In Data Analysis Software And Microsoft Office Suite, With Advanced Skills In Excel And Access.
