Lottery Marketing Specialist

Greets players in a courteous and professional manner, in person and by phone. Answers questions and provides information on how to play all Lottery games. Assists players by responding to questions relating to prize validation and payments. Serve as a customer service representative for calls made to the district office. Pay/validation operator and assists players in completing claims in prizes greater than $599.00. Primary or secondary ticket sales redemption. Validates and processes claims and pays prizes. Performs daily and weekly cash procedures including reconciliation and documentation, deposits, and adjustments. Secondary to complete district weekly settlement package. Assists with general banking including making bank deposits. Maintains an accurate inventory of all Lottey merchandise items issued to the district office, and accurately records all transactions to appropriately account for these items as prescribed by established policies and procedures.
