  1. Provide administrative support to the legal department by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  2. Conduct legal research and prepare memos, briefs, and other legal documents as directed by attorneys.
  3. Maintain and organize legal files, including electronic and physical documents.
  4. Assist with the preparation and filing of legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
  5. Coordinate and communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in legal matters.
  6. Monitor and track deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  7. Attend meetings, hearings, and trials as needed to take notes and assist attorneys.
  8. Utilize legal databases and resources to support attorneys in their research and case preparation.
  9. Collaborate with other members of the legal team to ensure efficient and effective workflow.
  10. Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all aspects of job duties.
  11. Continuously stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may affect the legal department.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  13. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
  14. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervising attorneys.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Legal Studies Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience Working As A Legal Assistant In A Law Firm Or Government Agency.

  • Knowledge Of Legal Terminology, Court Procedures, And Legal Document Preparation.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Legal Software Programs.

  • Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Work Effectively.
