  • Oversee compliance with state and federal regulations and ensure adherence to ethical and legal practices.
  • Lead a team of compliance monitors, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and training programs to promote a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance and implement corrective actions.
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations and ensure the organization's practices are in accordance with them.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address compliance issues and implement solutions.
  • Report on compliance activities and provide recommendations for improvement to senior management.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on compliance matters and provide guidance and support to staff at all levels.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of compliance activities.
  • Promote a culture of integrity and accountability within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Law, Criminal Justice, Or Public Administration.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Compliance Monitoring Or Related Field.

  • Excellent Knowledge Of State And Federal Laws, Rules, And Regulations Related To Compliance.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Attention To Detail.

  • Effective Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Work With Various Stakeholders And Resolve Compliance Issues.
