  1. Ensure the safety and well-being of juveniles in the detention facility.
  2. Provide a supportive and rehabilitative environment for youth in our care.

  4. Implement and enforce facility rules and regulations.
  5. Conduct daily checks and searches to ensure the security of the facility.

  9. Build positive relationships with juveniles and provide guidance and support.
  10. Collaborate with outside agencies and professionals to coordinate services for juveniles.
  11. Respond to emergencies and take appropriate action to ensure the safety of all individuals.
  12. Uphold the ethical standards and values of the organization.
  13. Act as a role model for juveniles and demonstrate positive behavior and attitudes.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve practices to better serve the needs of juveniles.
  15. Advocate for the rights and needs of juveniles in the justice system.

Job Qualifications
