  1. Provide technical support to employees and departments across the state of Florida.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
  3. Collaborate with team members to identify and implement solutions to improve system performance and efficiency.
  4. Communicate effectively with customers to understand and address their technical needs.
  5. Maintain and update documentation related to technical support processes and procedures.
  6. Monitor and respond to incoming support requests in a timely manner.
  7. Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate team members or external vendors.
  8. Proactively identify and address potential technical issues before they become larger problems.
  9. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve IT support processes.
  10. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in order to provide the most effective support to customers.
  11. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional attitude at all times.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security protocols.
  13. Assist with onboarding and training of new team members.
  14. Take ownership of assigned tasks and see them through to completion.
  15. Continuously strive to improve and streamline IT support processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  16. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  17. Collaborate with other departments and teams to resolve cross-functional technical issues.
  18. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data security protocols.
  19. Participate in after-hours support and on-call rotations, as needed.
  20. Provide regular reports and updates on support activities and metrics to management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Technical Support Or A Related Role.

  • Knowledge Of Networking, Security, And Server Administration.

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills.
